Our summer taplist is flowing but something is missing. A CSB summer classic is late to the party this year and we miss it. If you also yearn for a Strawberry Street, join the club. But have no fear, our beloved old friend Strawberry is making its’ return on Friday, August 7th (yay). Full of fresh strawberry flavor balanced with a soft, hazy body, this 5.6% New England IPA is as crushable as it sounds. What was once just a distant memory of a summer night at CSB becomes a reality again this Friday. On tap and in cans! Hard to follow that one up but I think she holds her own. Witch of Wallingford NEDIPA is now available on tap and in cans! Incredibly soft and fruity, this hazy is exactly what you would imagine a New England IPA tastes like when you’re at work on a Friday. Full of flavor and wildly satisfying, the Witch is back and here to stay. A few favorites that will be rotating into the taplist shortly include 1-Way SMaSH IPA, Charlie Brown American Brown Ale, Weekday Light Lager, and Wicked Hoppah NEIPA. 1-Way is a west-coast inspired brew featuring Centennial hops which boasts bold bitterness, vibrant citrus and pine needle aroma. Charle Brown is a classic roasted brown ale; the type of beer that makes you want a sweatshirt and football (can’t wait). At 3.5%, Weekday lives up to its’ name, the perfect mid week brew for our weekday warriors. Last but not least, our house IPA that never disappoints; Wicked Hoppah. A full bodied beer that is as fruity as it is drinkable (and we use A LOT of fruity hops in this bad boy). Looking to the not so distant future, Walltoberfest and Hiatus Pumkpin Wheat will be making their return in the fall. Walltoberfest will be released on Walltoberfest Weekend, starting Wednesday, September 23rd (mark your calendars)… and yes, there will be cinnamon sugar.
