SUMMER STARTS HERE… JUNE NIGHTS AND YOUR FAVORITE BEER

The year is flying by, and somehow it's already June! Sunny days and warm New England nights have finally arrived, and that can only mean one thing…beer drinking weather. We love cold tasty suds on a nice evening here at 24 Wallace Ave. To celebrate leaving that long winter behind, we've packed June with plenty of reasons to stop by Center Street Brewery, including food trucks, live music, and our first ever Summer Solstice Party on the last Saturday of the month.

JUNE TUNES, BREWS AND BITES

BEER

The CSB tap list is making its annual migration from dark winter beers to lighter, fruit forward lagers and ales. If you haven't stopped by recently (sad), you're missing out on a few old favorites that we couldn't help but bring back.

Blue Eyed Blonde American Blonde Ale was one of the very first beers brewed on our system and remains a taproom go-to. Crisp and easy drinking with a subtle toasted finish, it's the kind of beer that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Another classic making its return is Off The Wall New England IPA. Bursting with mango and citrus notes from a symphony of hops, this hazy IPA is balanced by a smooth, slightly sweet malt base. Stop by for a pint and let us know what you think!

Looking ahead to the near future, we're excited to tap Knuckleball India Pale Lager. Built on a clean pilsner style lager base and hopped with Riwaka hops, it delivers bright grapefruit and lime zest character. It drinks like a lager but tastes like an IPA!

Also returning soon is Pete's Pale Ale, our all Citra hopped pale ale packed with citrus flavor and aroma. At just 5.5% ABV, it's poised to become a summer favorite.

We know many of you have been waiting for this one… Witch of Wallingford New England Double IPA will soon return both on draft and in cans. Incredibly juicy, hazy, and dangerously drinkable, "The Witch" remains as one of our most popular beers, and we can't wait to bring her back.

Finally, we'll leave you with one more summer teaser (there's more, but we can't spoil everything). The next installment in our Hiatus Wheat Beer series will feature watermelon! After previous favorites like blueberry and mango, we're embracing the melon this year. At 5.2% ABV, this refreshing Watermelon Wheat is built for sunny days and good company.

TAPROOM EVENTS

SUMMER SOLSTICE PARTY

To officially kick off summer, we're throwing our very first Summer Solstice Party on Saturday, June 27th! To celebrate the season, we'll be debuting a brand-new “Summer Smash” cocktail featuring vodka from our friends at Vengeance Distillery right here in Wallingford. Pair that with some incredible food from Haven Hot Chicken, which will be serving up its famous Nashville-style crispy chicken beginning at 4PM, and you've got the perfect start to summer. From 6-9PM, Radiant Bonds Permanent Jewelry will be on-site offering unique bracelets and necklaces, while Brian Nolan takes the stage in the taproom at 6PM. Brian's energetic performance and crowd-favorite song selections always make for a great night of live music. Since we are celebrating the longest day of the year, we'll be keeping the party going with extended hours until 11PM!

Great beer, a new cocktail, delicious food, live music, local vendors, and extra time to enjoy it all. This is one summer celebration you won't want to miss.

CLUBS

Run Club meets every Wednesday at 6PM outside the brewery. This club is for all runners of any speed so stop by for a sweat and stay for a pint and a pizza!

Book Club meets on Tuesday, June 9th at 6:30PM, where Sami and Lydia will lead discussion on this month’s book; Red Rising by Pierce Brown.

GAME NIGHTS

Bingo Night is Thursday, June 4th starting at 7PM! Bingo is free to play with the purchase of a beer, wine, cider or cocktail. Prizes including beer and merch are awarded every round!

Trivia Night is Thursday, June 18th at 7PM! Trivia is also free to play, teams of up to six people, prizes awarded at the end of the night!

MUSIC

Acoustic Beat is an awesome acoustic pop/rock duo that plays an energetic variety of cover music. They will be back performing in the taproom on Friday, June 5th from 6-9PM.

With a wealth of knowledge, experience and a repertoire that includes hundreds of songs across multiple genres, Gemsong Acoustic Duo is back performing in the taproom on Saturday, June 13th!

RGB Acoustic is a classic rock jam band playing the music of the Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia, and a whole lot more! They will be back performing in the taproom on Friday, June 19th at 6PM!

Check out Dave Crispino on Saturday, June 20th at 6PM for some great acoustic tunes. A favorite at CSB, Dave has 25 years of experience in solo acoustic with a wide range of songs.

Glenn Roth is an extremely talented guitarist that brings a smooth, melodic vibe to the taproom. Ranging from James Taylor to Bob Marley, check him out Friday, June 26th starting at 6PM!

FOOD

Our food menu features a variety of pizzas from Carmine’s Pizza as well as Bavarian Pretzels. Available every Wednesday and Saturday, June 20th.

Foxy Dawgs is bringing its creative, pop-up hot dog cart experience to the brewery on June 13th from 2-8PM. Known for serving natural-casing hot dogs alongside vegan options and a rotating menu of bold, grunge-inspired specialty creations, this Connecticut-based cart delivers a unique twist on a classic favorite. Grab a beer, try something different, and don’t miss this one-of-a-kind hot dog experience.

Bring the bold flavors of Mexico to your night with El Taco Dorado rolling into the brewery on June 19th from 5-8PM. This family-owned food truck is known for its authentic, made-from-scratch dishes-think fresh tacos, loaded burritos, quesadillas, and house-made chips with guacamole, all crafted with vibrant, high-quality ingredients. Pair your favorite beer with street-style flavors and don’t miss a night of fresh, flavorful Mexican eats right here at the brewery.

Spice up your Saturday with the Haven Hot Chicken food truck rolling into the brewery on June 27th from 4-8PM, serving up crispy, buttermilk-marinated chicken with bold, crave-worthy flavor. Known for its authentic Nashville-style heat levels-from mild to seriously spicy-plus southern sides and vegetarian options, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Grab a beer, bring your friends, and don’t miss one of New England’s standout hot chicken experiences right here at the brewery.
