#1: La Neta: Mexican Lager ABV: 5.0%     IBU’s: 22

This traditional Mexican Lager is light, crisp & smooth. A Pale Lager made with Flaked Maize, Pilsner, Munich & Honey malts. Like it’s name, “La Neta” is “the truth”…”for real”…”the sh*t”!!! 

#2: Blue-Eyed-Blonde: American Blonde Ale ABV: 5.5%     IBU’s: 22

Honey & Biscuit malts produce a clean, crisp beer with a subtle toasted finish. This is a full-bodied, firm & well-balanced blonde ale. Everything we love about an all-American blonde ale.

#3: Wicked Hoppah: New England IPA (NEIPA) ABV: 7.0%    IBU’s: 70

This New England IPA is juicy, citrusy and soft. Packed with plenty of hop flavor and aroma provided by generous additions of Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe hops. A NEIPA with a “wicked” lot of attitude.

#4: Hoppomaltamus: Single Malt and Single Hop IPA ABV: 7.2%     IBU’s: 72

The 4th in our SMaSH IPA series. An aromatic, clean & crisp IPA. Golden Promise malt & Simcoe hops combine for a well-balanced, flavorful beer. A West Coast-inspired IPA with a bright malt body.

#5: Melonhead: New England DIPA ABV: 9.0%     IBU’s: 91

Hazy, citrusy with a soft bite. This New England-style Double IPA is loaded with fresh melon flavor & aroma from generous additions of Huell Melon, Cashmere, El Dorado & Summit hops. Use your melon… drink a Melonhead!

#6: Lucky #19: Brown Sugar ESB ABV: 6.3%     IBU’s: 40

A malt-forward English ale, rich in texture, with a well-balanced hop presence. Crisp & satisfying with a subtle toffee finish from brown sugar. Our Flagship! Named after Nick & John…both born on the 19th.

#7: Mulligan’s: Irish Red Ale ABV: 5.0%     IBU’s: 24

This Irish Red Ale is a balanced, easy-drinking beer. Deep reddish-copper in color & characterized by moderate malt sweetness with caramel and toasted notes. A St. Patrick’s Day tradition at CSB!

#8: Yukon Cornelius: Vanilla Stout ABV: 6.0%     IBU’s: 44

A pleasantly roasted, rich, and dangerously smooth stout brewed with Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans. Yukon Cornelius spent years searching for silver and gold but this stout might be his greatest find yet. No pickaxe required!

#9: Short & Stout: Irish Dry Stout ABV: 5.0%     IBU’s: 42

A dry, full-flavored Irish Stout, loaded with roasted coffee notes & a silky mouthfeel. Maris Otter, Brown, Chocolate & Roasted malts, combined with malted oats & East Kent Goldings hops to create a smooth, easy-drinking dry Irish stout. “May the wind always be at your back”…with a pint of CSB in your hand!

#10: Street Seltzer: Pina Colada Hard Seltzer ABV: 5.0%     Calories: 130    

The latest in our craft seltzer series. Light, refreshing & effervescent with aroma & flavor of pineapple and coconut. It’s a great, low-carb & gluten-free addition to our tap line-up!
