Trivia time! We will be having our monthly Trivia Night on Thursday (8/20) starting at 7PM. Lydia will be our trivia host serving up a variety of categories and fun questions. Trivia teams can be up to six people, top teams win prizes!

To officially kick off summer, we're throwing our very first Summer Solstice Party on Saturday, June 27th! To celebrate the season, we'll be debuting a brand-new “Summer Smash” cocktail featuring vodka from our friends at Vengeance Distillery right here in Wallingford. Pair that with some incredible food from Haven Hot Chicken, which will be serving up its famous Nashville-style crispy chicken beginning at 4PM, and you've got the perfect start to summer. From 6-9PM, Radiant Bonds Permanent Jewelry will be on-site offering unique bracelets and necklaces, while Brian Nolan takes the stage in the taproom at 6PM. Brian's energetic performance and crowd-favorite song selections always make for a great night of live music. Since we are celebrating the longest day of the year, we'll be keeping the party going with extended hours until 11PM!

Vittles Southern Comfort Food Truck will be at the brewery on May 23rd from 3-9PM! Vittles is an artisan type food truck that serves insanely tasty fun foods. With a southern comfort theme, food is served with southern charm. From buttermilk fried chicken or pimento cheese burgers to banana pudding or fried Oreos, you’ll love a taste of the south in your mouth! Their menu also offers the vegetarian version of every item!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! The brewery will be open on Tuesday, March 17th from 4-10PM to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!

A Saturday of celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! Corned beef sandwiches will be served up starting at 2PM! We will also be releasing our newest brew, “Mulligans” Irish Red Ale brewed in collaboration with our friends from the Irish Golf Society. A full bodied Irish Red Ale, a perfect beer for the holiday weekend! At 6PM we are hosting one of our favorite musicians, Dave Crispino, to rock the night! A fun filled St. Patrick’s Saturday at CSB!

Pig Rig food truck will be coming to CSBC on Saturday, March 13th! Pig Rig BBQ offers up fast, reliable service and insanely tasty and moist BBQ pork, chicken, and baby back ribs at great prices. Dishes come with a choice of sides that perfectly complement the abundance of meat. Beers and barbecue at Center Street!

Chef O’s Streatery Food Truck will be coming to the brewery on March 7th from 4-8PM! Authentic Puerto Rican - Mexican cuisine, we are excited to host Chef O’s!

CSB will be hosting The Eatery of Wallingford in the taproom on February 21st! A local collaboration with delicious fresh food and beer including a La Neta Mexican Lager infused quesadilla! Stop by from 6-9PM for mouthwatering bites and brews!
