With a wealth of knowledge, experience and a repertoire that includes hundreds of songs across multiple genres, Carla Gemma and Gemsong Productions are back in the taproom to rock the house on Friday, April 19th!

St8ment Jewelry is a jewelry company specializing in custom, permanent jewelry that brings a fun, social approach to buying jewelry. The St8ment process includes picking your chain, custom fitting each piece, and a quick zap of their micro welder (zero pain involved). The pop-up starts in the taproom at 5:00pm! Rae Marks is a New England native and Nashville recording artist, singer/songwriter and musician. A great talent that performs a combo of rock, blues and country, but loves adding some crowd favorites as well with her own flare to it! She will be performing again in our taproom on Friday, April 12th at 6:00pm!

RGB Acoustic is a classic rock jam band playing the music of the Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia, and a whole lot more! They will be back performing in the taproom on Friday, April 5th at 6:00pm!

The Erin Rocc Duo will be returning to CSBC performing acoustic tunes in the taproom on March 30th starting at 6:00pm!

Come check out Dave Crispino on Friday, March 29th at 6:00pm for some awesome beer, great atmosphere, and acoustic tunes. Dave has 25 years of experience in solo acoustic with songs ranging from the 60s to today!

Simone Marie will be making her CSB debut on March 16th performing a variety of different genres including jazz, 70s, 80s, pop, and much more. Learn more about her here.

An extremely talented guitarist, Glenn Roth brings a smooth, melodic vibe to the taproom covering artists ranging from James Taylor to Bob Marley. It is always a treat to have Glenn perform in the taproom, check him out Friday, March 15th starting at 6:00pm!

The Furious George Band is a trio cover band playing music ranging from classic rock to modern pop hits. An energetic band that brings a fun vibe to the taproom, check them out Saturday, March 2nd starting at 6:00pm!

Making their CSB debut, the acoustic guitar duo, “B Squared”, play songs that will have you singing along!  Coming off a 25-year run in the CT shoreline band, Midlife Crisis, Bruce and Bill bring a love of music, fun, and community to their performances, and hope that you’ll join in on the verses and choruses!

Sammi & Friends will be back at CSB performing a variety of cover music on Saturday, November 18th!

CSB will be hosting a Chili Cook-Off sponsored by the Wallingford Lions Club. Tickets are $20 which includes a chili tasting, one beer or beverage, and a voting card for best chili! Proceeds will be going directly back to the community with the help of our friends from the Wallingford Lions Club. We will also be collecting for the Wallingford Animal Shelter who are in need of items such as laundry detergent, kitty litter, canned cat food, and dog food. Harold is a singer/songwriter based in Middletown, CT, performing primarily as a solo acoustic act playing a mix of cover songs and original material. Harold plays several styles of music including Classic Rock, Folk, and Americana, featuring songs by The Allman Brothers, Peter Gabriel, Josh Ritter, and Lyle Lovett to name a few. He will be making his CSB debut on Friday, November 4th at 6 PM!

Acoustic music live with John Moniello starting at 6 PM on Friday, October 27th.

Our annual Pocketbook Drive for homeless and shelter women will be on Sunday, September 24th. Go in your closet and get an old pocketbook/purse and fill it with necessities such as a hairbrush, Kleenex, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair ties, body cream, shampoo, conditioner, feminine products, hat, gloves, old wallet, or anything you can think of along that line. Bring them down to the brewery and have a cold beverage! Pocketbooks will be distributed to local women's shelters.

Stop by Prime 16 in New Haven on Thursday, August 31st for our first ever bar collaboration! We will have three Center Street beers on tap that will pair alongside Prime 16’s delicious food perfectly! We are more than excited for our first bar take over so be sure to join us!

Join us at Center Street Brewing on July 30th to support the fight against ALS. This event is hosted by “Walking With Wings”, a team supporting Bill Wing and the Walk to Defeat ALS in New Haven on October 1st. Nashville singer/songwriter, Will Dinnat, will be making his CSBC debut on July 21st at 6 PM! Join us for a great night of live country music and cold brews!

Strawberry Street is back on May 26th! Our popular strawberry ale will be available on tap and in cans. This tasty strawberry beer is incredibly smooth and full of strawberry flavor and aroma, perfect for the summertime! We are more than excited to have it back on the tap list and in the can fridge and cannot wait to share it with everyone! Cheers!

Our friends from Green Kettle Coffee from downtown Wallingford will be in the CSB taproom on April 22nd at 10 AM offering up a variety of their delicious coffees! We have worked together to curate a special flight using three Green Kettle craft cold brews and three CSB beers which all pair together beautifully. Our goal with this unique flight is to have each coffee and beer accent the next to create a tasty harmony of flavors. This will be a great a way to enjoy some of Wallingford's finest brews!

The Sperzels are a brother/sister duo cover band performing a wide variety of upbeat acoustic music. They will be performing in the taproom on Saturday, April 15th at 6:00pm!
