Acoustic Thunder will be back in the taproom on Saturday, March 21st. A great pop/rock acoustic duo that plays a variety of classic and modern hits, always a great energy when they are rocking the house!

RGB Acoustic is a classic rock jam band playing the music of the Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia, and a whole lot more! They will be back performing in the taproom on Friday, March 20th at 6PM!

Trivia time! We will be having our monthly Trivia Night on Thursday (3/19) starting at 7PM. Lydia will be our trivia host serving up a variety of categories and fun questions. Trivia teams can be up to six people, top teams win prizes!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! The brewery will be open on Tuesday, March 17th from 4-10PM to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!

Check out Dave Crispino on Saturday, March 14th at 6PM for some awesome beer, great atmosphere, and acoustic tunes. A favorite at CSB, Dave has 25 years of experience in solo acoustic with a wide range of songs.

Pig Rig food truck will be coming to CSBC on Saturday, March 13th! Pig Rig BBQ offers up fast, reliable service and insanely tasty and moist BBQ pork, chicken, and baby back ribs at great prices. Dishes come with a choice of sides that perfectly complement the abundance of meat. Beers and barbecue at Center Street!

Bethany Brothers Band will be playing classic rock covers in the taproom on Saturday, March 7th at 6PM!

Chef O’s Streatery Food Truck will be coming to the brewery on March 7th from 4-8PM! Authentic Puerto Rican - Mexican cuisine, we are excited to host Chef O’s!

The Furious George Band is a trio cover band playing music ranging from classic rock to modern pop hits. An energetic band that brings a fun vibe to the taproom, check them out Friday, March 6th starting at 6PM!

Our monthly book club is meeting on March 3rd starting at 6:30PM! Sami and Lydia will lead discussion to unpack this month’s book!

Vittles Southern Comfort Food Truck will be at the brewery on February 7th at 4PM! Vittles is an artisan type food truck that serves insanely tasty fun foods. With a southern comfort theme, food is served with southern charm. From buttermilk fried chicken or pimento cheese burgers to banana pudding or fried Oreos, you’ll love a taste of the south in your mouth! Their menu also offers the vegetarian version of every item!

The annual Wallingford Lion’s Chili Cook Off at CSB is this month, Saturday, November 22nd from 2-4PM! Tickets can be purchased at the door, each ticket includes chili tasting, a beer or beverage, and a vote for best chili! All proceeds go directly back into the community! We will also be accepting donations including non-perishable food items or hygiene items!
