Bingo Night at Center Street! Our third Bingo Night will be May 22nd starting at 7PM! Bingo will be free to play with a purchase of a beer. Prizes given out every round!
Trivia time! We will be having our monthly Trivia Night on Thursday (5/29) starting at 7PM. Patrick will be our trivia host serving up a variety of categories and fun questions. Trivia teams can be up to six people, top teams win prizes!
An extremely talented guitarist, Glenn Roth brings a smooth, melodic vibe to the taproom covering artists ranging from James Taylor to Bob Marley. It is always a treat to have Glenn perform in the taproom, check him out Friday, May 30th starting at 6PM!

A full Saturday of celebrating St. Patrick’s Day starting with a traditional Irish Brunch starting at 11AM! Eggs, rashers, sausage, black and white puddings, and soda bread! We will also be releasing our newest brew, “Mulligans” Irish Red Ale brewed in collaboration with our friends from the Irish Golf Society. A full bodied Irish Red Ale, a perfect beer for the holiday weekend! At 6PM we are hosting one of our favorite bands, Furious George, to rock the night! A fun filled St. Patrick’s Day Saturday at CSB!

Wallingford Lager is on tap and in cans on February 15th! This classic American Lager is amber in color, medium-bodied with a toasty, caramel malt character. Classic noble hops provide a spicy, floral aroma and provide the perfect balance to this smooth, full-bodied lager. A great beer for the cold Winter season!

Our famous porter, Mocha Jo Porter, will be released the day before Thanksgiving on November 27th on tap! Rich with flavor from fresh cold brew, Madagascar vanilla beans and organic cacao nibs… Mocha Jo is a delicious, silky smooth coffee porter. Grab a pint on Wednesday the 27th!

Rae Marks is a New England native and Nashville recording artist, singer/songwriter and musician. A great talent that performs a combo of rock, blues and country, but loves adding some crowd favorites as well with her own flare to it! She will be performing again in our taproom on Saturday, October 5th at 6:00pm!
Center Street Brewery’s Walltoberfest is coming back for the second year! Our own Oktoberfest here in Wallingford is scheduled for the last weekend in September, with festivities running from Wednesday, September 25th to Sunday, September 29th! Our famous Oktoberfest Marzen style brew, “Walltoberfest”, will be on tap and available in cans on the 25th. The weekend will include trivia night on Thursday, live music on Friday and Saturday, a German inspired cook out with East Center Market on Saturday, a Stein Holding Competition on Saturday, and much more! Last year’s Walltoberfest was a blast so we can’t wait for this year! Be sure to mark your calendars and stop by 24 Wallace Ave to celebrate Wallingford’s Oktoberfest… Walltoberfest!

Center Street Brewing will be hosting our very first Fruit Day on Saturday, July 20th! We will offer a variety of fruits that can be garnished and paired with any of our beers! Fruit slices including pineapple, watermelon, orange and more will be available to add to any of your favorite CSB beers for no extra charge. Pineapple with Wicked Hoppah, watermelon with Strawberry Street, orange with CS Pils… unlimited options! Fruits will be available until we run out so be sure to stop by!

Strawberry Street is back for the first day of summer on June 20th! Our popular strawberry ale will be available on tap and in cans. This tasty strawberry beer is incredibly smooth and full of strawberry flavor and aroma, perfect for the summertime! We are more than excited to have it back on the tap list and in the can fridge.
